About the Artist
Linda specialises in detailed pencil portraits, oil landscapes, and paintings of boats.
With unique original pieces for sale straight from her studio to your home, she also has a selection of giclée prints in various sizes, to add beauty, and individuality to any room.
She specialises in detailed pencil artwork, regularly working in monochrome and at other times bringing hints of colour to a scene to add depth.
She also has a number of art pieces inspired by the natural beauty of Ireland, in particular the wild Atlantic way, spanning from detailed pencil work to highly dynamic oil landscapes, from the west coast to the Wicklow Mountains.
A biker at heart, Linda travels the country in search of the beautiful and interesting to capture in her art work. You might meet her, with a helmet in one hand and a camera in the other asking to photograph your boat, and tell her its story.
Linda Carey is a professional artist living in Dublin, Ireland.
Linda has displayed her art in Dublin and Galway and is a member of the Dublin Painting and Sketching Club, with whom she regularly exhibits.
Her work has appeared in various publications through the years, many focusing on Irelands natural beauty.
